"After booking online on TaxiCode, Purple Minicab told that I need a larger car as passengers are not allowed to sit next to the driver due to Covid. Hence I would need to pay £30 more. I reported the issue to TaxiCode and was promised a call back which never happened. Despite this, the taxi company sent a smallish car and I sat next to the driver and still had to pay £30 extra. I hope I will never have to deal with TaxiCode or this taxi company."
