"Found the overall price expensive compared to other companies and then to be told I had to pay the drivers cash for the airport drop off was disappointing! This is included by other taxi companies. I have also asked for an invoice so I can claim the expense through my company and to date I’ve not received one.
I also had a phone call at 4am asking me for the flight details. This wasn’t the driver who ended picking me up.
The two drivers I had were both on time and very courteous "
