"Our booking was for 2345hrs. At 11,45am we were pn thetrain from Manchester when we had missed phone calls and text messages from the driver asking where we were. We replied to both the driver and the office that you were 12 hours too early. We received no reply from either. When we go to Liverpool, we telephoned the office and were told that it was all sorted. An earlier reply would have put our minds at rest. Because of the Eurovision Song Contest, the driver found it difficult to meet up with us, which was understandable. The driver himself was very good. We have already given him a small tip. "

"The only reason I have not given our driver five stars is because we had to find him rather than him be waiting for us in the Arrivals hall.
We were delayed for a very long time in reaching Arrivals because the pre-booked Special Assistance never appeared.
By the time we reached the Arrivals Hall we were very tired and stressed and my husband was in pain.
Once the driver realised we were struggling to find him he did come into the Arrivals hall and made every effort to provide us with a comfortable and safe journey.
He was also very helpful in trying to assist us with information for a later train as we missed our original train due to the problems encountered in Gatwick.
We gave our driver a tip.
